CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday - 10am and 5:45pm
Tuesday -9:30am New! Beginner class
Wednesday -10am, 5:30 and 7pm
Friday - 10am
Saturday - 8:30 and 10:15am
Group classes are 1.5 hours and cost is $13/class.
Private and corporate yoga and meditation instruction also available.
