HARMONY YOGA

Decompress in a quiet, nurturing space overlooking nature. Small classes allow for personally tailored instruction and reminders to stay in present time with the flow of breath. Each session offers physical and mental refreshment and an opportunity to reconnect with one's source of aliveness. Beginners welcome.

A Hatha-based program comprised of gentle postures and relaxed breathing cultivates body awareness, encourages healing and provides insight into the nature of stress. Practicing this unique style sends a signal to every cell of your body to relax, calming racing thoughts and clarifying the spirit. Classes are an eclectic blend of meditation, postures, aromatherapy, massage and sacred sound. Students leave feeling centered, calm and rejuvenated.





LISA MOORE is Registered Yoga Teacher and member of the Yoga Alliance. She began practicing yoga 17 years ago to heal a back injury and has since made it a life practice. Her "meditation in motion" style of yoga will strengthen and lengthen the body while releasing the stress subconsciously stored in it. Lisa welcomes all levels and those with pain, chronic illness, depression, anxiety and other issues. 

The gentle instruction and intimate, casual and lighthearted atmosphere leave you feeling renewed. Lisa brings back the true meaning of yoga."
